Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 2 tbsps of maple syrup
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of raw cacao
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Store in fridge overnight before eating. Adjust ingredients to your taste, i.e. add more or less cacao / maple syrup / tahini.
  • Great way to add more protein into your day (tofu/tahini) and tahini is also packed full of B vitamins which are great for brain health!
  • Serve with fruit and / or plant-based cream. Enjoy!
