Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Equipment
- Food processor
Ingredients
- 300g silken tofu
- 2 tbsps of maple syrup
- 2 heaped teaspoons of raw cacao
- 2 heaped teaspoons of tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Store in fridge overnight before eating. Adjust ingredients to your taste, i.e. add more or less cacao / maple syrup / tahini.
- Great way to add more protein into your day (tofu/tahini) and tahini is also packed full of B vitamins which are great for brain health!
- Serve with fruit and / or plant-based cream. Enjoy!
