Izabella Natrins is the CEO and Director of Ecosystem Growth & Marketing Strategy at the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), where she leads with an integrative, whole health perspective that honours the complex interplay of bio-psycho-emotional-social-spiritual environmental influences shaping individual health. Izabella’s portfolio demonstrates her expertise in health and wellbeing with her leadership skills in strategic marketing, communications, and business growth.
With over 35 years of cross-sector experience in health, wellness and executive leadership, Izabella’s background spans roles as an MRC Health Research Psychologist in Public Health Medicine at the University of Birmingham Medical School, a Programme Manager for NHS England and the Department of Health, and the founder and Managing Director of a nonprofit management and organisational development consultancy. Formerly Director of Professional Standards and Development and a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, she led the establishment of the UKIHCA Register of Professional Health Coaches – the first such centrally held Register for the health coaching profession in the world.
In spearheading the Association’s ecosystem growth, cultivating collaborative, cross-sector partnerships and leading its marketing strategy, Izabella’s objective is to position UKIHCA as a preeminent voice and pioneering professional body in health coaching worldwide.
