Don Gordon is a degree-qualified nutritional practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Science. His expertise spans functional nutrition, fasting protocols, food sensitivities, and therapeutic lifestyle interventions. With over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, Don has coached hundreds through movement, breathwork, and nutrition, supporting everything from athletic performance to digestive and metabolic health.

A passionate educator, published author, and regular contributor to industry publications, Don brings together science and tradition in his integrative approach.
