15 Minute Mindfulness Practice
Often in life we can feel a little shaken up, like child’s toy of a Snowglobe – our thoughts, feelings and emotions can seem a little dispersed: up in the air! This mindfulness practice provides a space to allow things to begin to settle – just like a Snowglobe – hence the name.
This practice is designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners and can be returned to again and again.
