Tahini Sesame Chocolate
Ingredients
- 100g sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 100g dark chocolate (we used 80%)
Method
- Start by pan toasting the sesame seeds in a hot skillet for a few minutes until golden brown. Put aside to cool.
- Break up the chocolate in a bain marie, and allow it to slowly melt, then fold in the tahini.
- Stir in the sesame seeds, then transfer into silicon moulds, or use a cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with pistachios, goji berries or similar.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then enjoy!
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
