Tahini Sesame Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 100g dark chocolate (we used 80%)

Method

  • Start by pan toasting the sesame seeds in a hot skillet for a few minutes until golden brown. Put aside to cool.
  • Break up the chocolate in a bain marie, and allow it to slowly melt, then fold in the tahini.
  • Stir in the sesame seeds, then transfer into silicon moulds, or use a cake tin lined with baking paper.
  • Sprinkle with pistachios, goji berries or similar.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then enjoy!
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
