About Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching can transform your mindset – and your actions – to support your health and wellbeing. It’s an approach that’s designed to help you live a healthier, happier and more relaxed life.

Health concerns often affect more than your physical body and will often add to, or compound, other stressors in your life. Therapeutic coaching takes a whole person view and helps you to find the confidence, motivation, courage, knowledge, emotional space and/or energy to move forward.

In addition to talking through your health concern there are a range of therapeutic approaches that a coach can use to support your wellbeing, including hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), or neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

The aim is to transform how you feel and move you into a place where you are more relaxed and able to think differently about your health or what you can do to support your wellbeing.

Who is it for?

Therapeutic coaching can support you if you’re living with long term chronic conditions or have received a recent diagnosis of ill health, for example chronic stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or irritable bowel syndrome.

Appointments

Appointments are conducted online (Zoom).

Your first appointment is 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 60 or 30 minutes.
