Dr Chatterjee’s Sesame Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 120g sesame seeds
- 60g raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- sprinkle of salt
Method
- Lightly toast sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and leave to cool
- Pop in a blender/food processor and process until it’s a dough-like consistency
- Then add the raw cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil – blend again
- Spread evenly in a 20 x 20 cm tin lined with greaseproof paper
- Sprinkle with salt
- Leave for 5-6 hours
- Cut into squares and store in an airtight container
