Dr Chatterjee’s Sesame Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 120g sesame seeds
  • 60g raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • sprinkle of salt

Method

  • Lightly toast sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and leave to cool
  • Pop in a blender/food processor and process until it’s a dough-like consistency
  • Then add the raw cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil – blend again
  • Spread evenly in a 20 x 20 cm tin lined with greaseproof paper
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Leave for 5-6 hours
  • Cut into squares and store in an airtight container
