Perfect Porridge

Ingredients
- 50g porridge oats
- 350ml of water
- 3 tbsp of your favourite yogurt
- A splash of plant-based milk
- Half a Banana
- A handful of Blueberries
- Walnuts and Brazil nuts
- A little maple syrup to serve (optional)
- ½ tsp Cocoa powder or a few cacao nibs (optional)
Method
- Put 50g porridge oats in a saucepan, pour in 350ml of water and sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring and watching carefully so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- To serve, pour into bowls, spoon over the yogurt, add the milk.
- Top with the nuts, fruit, maple syrup (if using)
- Sprinkle with the cocoa powder or cacao nibs if you like.
