Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Chickpeas
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Nutritional yeast + Paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, or other spices

 

 

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper, remove any loose skins
  • In a bowl toss them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and spices
  • Roast the chickpeas for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp
  • If your chickpeas are not crispy enough, keep going until they are!

Enjoy as a healthy snack or add to your buddha bowl!
