Crispy Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 tin Chickpeas
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Nutritional yeast + Paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, or other spices
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper, remove any loose skins
- In a bowl toss them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and spices
- Roast the chickpeas for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp
- If your chickpeas are not crispy enough, keep going until they are!
