Join our Nutritional Therapist Kirsten Chick for this informative webinar.
There are so many benefits to be had from well-chosen nutritional support: from diagnosis, through treatment, to recovery and beyond.
The minefield of information, misinformation and opposing views can make this a difficult path to navigate. However, Kirsten’s aim is for you to feel calmly nourished by your nutritional approach, and so will set out a clear map of the fundamentals, and provide answers to the questions she is most frequently asked.
Including:
- Why include nutrition in your integrative approach to cancer care
- When to start focussing on nutrition
- The fundamentals – and how to know what’s right for you
- What’s the latest on supplements during and after cancer treatment?
- Should you be fasting? And if so, what type?

Frequently asked questions
Who is this webinar for?
Are supplements safe during cancer treatment?
When should I start thinking about nutrition after a cancer diagnosis?
Nutrition can be helpful at every stage of the cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment through to recovery and long-term wellbeing. In this webinar, Kirsten will discuss how nutritional needs may change over time and how and where to focus your efforts.
Should people with cancer try fasting or special diets?
With so much information available online and well-meaning advice from family and friends, it can be difficult to know what is evidence-based. Kirsten will look at common questions around fasting and dietary approaches and give an overview about what may or may not be appropriate in different circumstances.
There is no single diet that is right for everyone as nutritional needs vary.
