Claire Goulding (BSc)
Aromatherapy Massage
Western Herbal Medicine
Claire originally trained in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, and Holistic Massage in 2009 and predominantly practices as an Aromatherapist as well as a Clinical Herbalist (BSc). Claire is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH).
Claire sees a range of patients in her general practice. However, Claire’s background in education and bodywork has led to a special interest in young people as well as hormonal health, where common issues arise, such as hormonal imbalances, skin complaints, mental health, stress, digestive complaints, and sleep issues.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a form of complementary medicine that is a touch-based massage therapy involving the use of essential oils to promote physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils are derived from various parts of plants such as flowers, leaves, bark, and roots, and each has its unique composition of natural biochemicals. The ‘aroma’ of the essential oils has a deep therapeutic effect on the limbic system which is the part of the brain responsible for emotions and memories. Common uses of Aromatherapy massage include:
Stress Relief: Helps in reducing stress and promoting relaxation
Anxiety Reduction: Alleviates symptoms of anxiety
Pain Management: Assists in managing pain
Insomnia: Aids in improving sleep quality
Joint health: Increases joint mobility and flexibility
After a short health assessment, you’ll be able to fully relax and receive a deeply restoring therapeutic massage treatment. Claire loves making organic aromatherapy oil blends using locally sourced plants, creating a unique blend of oils for her treatments.
Western Herbal Medicine
Western herbalism works with traditional knowledge of medicinal plants and modern clinical practice to unlock the root cause of symptoms. The medicine acts on the body similar to pharmaceutical medicines with the exception that there are fewer side effects, often none at all. It helps with both acute and chronic conditions.
After a free 15-minute chat to get to know the patient better, the first consultation will last 1 hour and include an in-depth assessment of the patient’s medical history as well as diet and sleep pattern.
Claire will research the case in more detail (often dedicating 2-3 hours) and devise a herbal prescription and bespoke treatment plan. A follow-up consultation will last around 30 minutes, to check in to see how the patient is doing and if any changes to the prescription need to be made. Depending on the individual, working with Claire may continue between 1 to 12 months. Each patient is treated as a unique case and supported fully through their journey.

Stef Mills
Weleda Holistic Facial
Weleda Holistic Body Massage
After studying Horticulture at Warwickshire College over 20 years ago, Stef developed a passion for the medicinal and therapeutic properties of plants. She became a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor in 2018, and Stef really loves to see how the plants in Weleda’s products help support her clients’ health and wellbeing.
Stef qualified as a Weleda Holistic Esthetician (awarded by the internationally industry recognised Crossfields Institute) in 2022 and has represented Weleda at retreats as well as festivals and other national events in the past few years.
Stef is also a musician in her spare time and feels the rhythmical nature of the unique Weleda Holistic Facial treatment flowing naturally through her. Stef looks forward to helping your skin find its rhythm and vitality too.
Weleda Holistic Facial
Weleda recognises that we are all individual and when we are out of balance our skin expresses life’s challenges and changes in various ways. It can become dry and lifeless; red and sensitive; spotty and over-active or even depleted and looking older than one’s years.
Using Weleda’s 100% natural and organic products together with mindful and rhythmical movements, the aim is to restore rhythm and vitality to your skin, while taking you into a quiet space of inner calm and deep relaxation.
During your facial journey, Stef will also acknowledge your back and feet while you are warmly cocooned, comforted and soothed.
The Rhythmic Activation Massage is at the heart of the facial treatment. Unique to Weleda’s Signature Facial, this method helps to activate your skin’s processes and regenerative forces. It is these forces that when vital and flowing, help the skin restore its balance, strengthen and radiate health and beauty.
The treatment will begin with a footbath and consultation where I will discover which products and techniques will benefit you most.
So much more than a facial alone, a truly holistic approach to working with the skin. These unique Weleda practices and products connect both Esthetician and client with nature, which has been at the heart of Weleda’s purpose since 1921.
The Harmonious Relationship between hands and skin, therapist and client, product and skin, aromas and feelings.

Philippa Brown (DipNA)
Nutrition Advisor
Philippa Brown founded The Nutritious Pea over a decade ago, combining her interest in nutritional science with an international career working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) around the world.
Her work aboard superyachts and within private households focused on individuals with significant health challenges, applying a personalised, nutrition-led approach informed by research and evidence. Today, her practice focuses on the relationship between nutrition, persistent pain and long-term health.
Philippa holds a Diploma in Nutrition and is a member of The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP), The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), and the General Council and Register of Naturopaths (GCRN).
Nutrition Advisor
Today, through her clinic, Philippa works with high-performing individuals experiencing pain-related health conditions, including migraines, arthritis and joint pain, fibromyalgia, cardiovascular concerns, who are seeking a more targeted, science-led approach to their health. Her work goes far beyond dietary advice or meal planning, combining detailed nutritional, lifestyle and home environment assessments with targeted nutritional interventions, supplementation and lifestyle protocols. By examining nutrient status, dietary triggers, energy metabolism and recovery, alongside less obvious factors that may be contributing to the individual’s health challenges, Philippa develops a precise, evidence-informed protocol tailored to the specific condition, its presentation and the individual’s physiological needs.
Philippa’s approach focuses on tailored, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle protocols to support long-term health. Utilising the science in nutritional interventions that support biochemical balance, metabolic health, and overall physiological function, allows an individual to function and thrive optimally.
Conventional meets Preventative with a Systems Approach
Philippa adopts a preventative health approach. Viewing the body as an interconnected system and considering pain as a somatic pathway to understand the body’s communication of distress, enables personalised support to promote health and wellbeing.
How it works
Philippa offers an initial free 15-minute call to determine whether she is best placed to support your specific health needs.
Following this, she provides both online and in-person consultations, conducted in line with professional standards for client care, assessment, record keeping, and treatment planning.
The first consultation is a New Client Assessment, this lasts 90 minutes and includes:
• A detailed review of your medical history
• Assessment of past and current diet and lifestyle
• A comprehensive discussion of current health needs and desired outcomes
From there, Philippa will create a protocol, which is kicked off with an Existing Client Consultation. Philippa introduces a personalised protocol tailored to your current health baseline and lifestyle, designed to address your specific health concerns.
Further consultations focus on refining the protocol, monitoring outcomes, and providing ongoing support. Typical programmes last around three months, with one to two sessions per month, depending on individual need and preferred pace of progress.

Angela Stevenson (D.O.)
Craniosacral Therapist
Angela is a highly experienced Craniosacral Therapist and Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapist. With a 43-year background in healthcare – including a long career as a registered Osteopath – Angela’s passion lies in providing evidence-informed, holistic care for individuals facing complex and chronic pain.
Her integrative approach combines the subtle, restorative nature of Craniosacral Therapy with advanced bio-resonance technology, specifically Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). Angela frequently employs FSM to help patients break down stubborn scar tissue and adhesions while simultaneously aiding vital detox pathways to encourage deep, systemic healing.
When not treating patients, she loves spending time outdoors hiking or singing in a choral society.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapists use light touch to listen to the body. Tension is gently unwound, and injuries and emotional wounds are acknowledged so the patient can heal themselves. This approach is often surprisingly profound and effective. The subtle involuntary rhythm of the body can be accessed anywhere on the body, but the head and pelvis are key areas of treatment.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)
FSM uses tiny electrical impulses at particular frequencies to resonate with the body’s tissues. This new therapy is effective for scar tissue and adhesions resulting from injury, surgery or chronic inflammation. FSM is also an effective tool for detoxification and nerve pain.
In practice
Angela combines these two modalities simultaneously and synergistically, producing a powerful healing effect. After a thorough case history and examination, the patient will lie down comfortably while warm, damp towels are applied for the FSM. The current is subsensory so the patient does not feel it. Angela will place her hands gently on different areas to guide her choice of frequencies whilst also applying craniosacral therapy.
Treatments usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour, or sometimes longer.
