About the speaker

Colin Rose is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine and Development Director at DailyColours Ltd, a company dedicated to supporting health and longevity through polyphenol-based supplements. He has spent decades researching and writing on the relationship between nutrition, diet, and healthy ageing, and is the author of Delay Ageing: Healthy to 100. Colin co-founded Uni-Vite Healthcare over 30 years ago, focusing on scientifically substantiated supplements for healthy ageing, including the flagship product Nutrishield, a comprehensive formulation for people over 50. He also created FUNdamentals, a programme to help parents nurture all-round abilities in their pre-school children, and was a lead partner in EduScience, an EU-funded initiative to enhance the teaching of science in schools.
