Join us for a practical and inspiring 4-hour workshop to learn how everyday lifestyle choices can support a healthier metabolism.
Led by a doctor and nutritional therapist, this relaxed, interactive session will combine expert insight with hands-on learning.

Together we will explore:
– What metabolic health really means
– Why it matters for energy, wellbeing and healthy ageing
– Practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies
– How small daily habits can create lasting change
You’ll also prepare and share a delicious nourishing lunch together, creating space to connect, learn and enjoy the experience as a community

No problem! We’ll be running these workshops regularly in the future – and will share the dates very soon

Yes – when you sign up to the workshop, you will be able to specify any dietary requirements and we hope to be able to accomodate your needs.
Do you offer group discounts?
