How to find us

By car

From Bristol City Centre: Leave Bristol city centre to approach the Brunel Way ring road exiting onto the A369, or leave along the suspension bridge turning right onto the A369.  Take the right turn into Pill (Pill Road / Ham Green).

From Wales: Leave Wales via the M4 exiting at Junction 22 to join the M49, later merging with the M5.  Alternatively, leave Wales via the M48 and join the M5 at the Almondsbury interchange.

From the M5: Exit the M5 at Junction 19 Gordano Services (Easton-in-Gordano) taking the A369 exit to Martcombe Road.  Take the left turn into Pill (Pill Road / Ham Green).

Alternative routes from the South: Along the A38 or A370, turn left to join the A369 Rownham Hill – Abbots Leigh Road – Pill Road.  Take the right turn into Pill (Pill Road / Ham Green).

From all directions, once turned into Pill Road / Ham Green: Shortly after St Katherine’s School, take the right turn at the mini roundabout onto Macrae Road.  At the turning circle, veer right onto Hart Close then immediately left onto Chapel Pill Lane; there is a small signpost for Penny Brohn UK.  Ham Green House is just a short distance along on the left.

Parking: there is ample free parking.

By bus

The X4 bus service runs from Bristol City Centre to Portishead, via Pill (stopping along the main road through Pill).  The service runs to and from Bristol approximately every 20-minutes during the working day.  The nearest stop is at The Anchor Inn (the next stop after St Katherine’s School).

Ham Green House is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.  Turn right at the mini roundabout onto Macrae Road.  At the turning circle turn right onto Hart Close then immediately left onto Chapel Pill Lane (there’s a small signpost for Penny Brohn UK).  Take care walking along Chapel Pill Lane as it is narrow; Ham Green House is just a short distance along on the left.

On arrival

Please sign in to the visitor book at the main reception desk.  Bear right along the corridor, following the signs for NCIM, to the last door on the right.  We are on the first floor and will welcome you into our reception and waiting area.  There is lift access if required; do let us know of any needs in advance so we can give support on arrival.

Making a complaint

If you’re not happy with an aspect of the service you receive, whether it’s about they way we communicate with you or about the quality of care that we deliver, please get in touch (telephone / email / write to us) as soon as possible and we will respond to you within three working days.
