Lockdown Recipe Ideas!

This is one of the NCIM Team’s favourite recipe ideas from our Food for Wellbeing course – Labneh!

Easy to make and a delicious addition to roast vegetables or freshly baked bread, roasted potato wedges covered in turmeric and paprika, the list is endless!

Do try it for yourself, all you need to start with is a muslin cloth, some plain greek yoghurt and salt!
