About the webinar
Did you know that good-quality sleep is more than just the number of hours in bed? It’s about falling asleep easily, staying asleep through the night, and waking up feeling truly refreshed. It sounds simple but for many, achieving that elusive rest feels like a constant struggle.
In the UK, sleep issues are a significant concern, with 67% of adults reporting struggles with sleep with only 33% achieving the recommended 7-8 hours of rest per night.
In this webinar, with mental health expert Sue Jackson, we’ll deep dive into the world of sleep. Sue will unravel common myths surrounding sleep and explore in depth the mysteries of why sleep can be so challenging and how pain and discomfort may be sabotaging rest. Most importantly, we’ll share practical, science-backed strategies to help you take control of sleep.
After booking we’ll confirm your registration and a day before the webinar we’ll send you joining instructions which include a link to access the webinar on Zoom.
The webinar will be recorded and available for replay to members of our NCIM Membership within one week.
Please note that any webinar registrations after 5 pm on the day, may not be processed in time.
