Dr T’s Turmeric Dressing


  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • Dash of maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and stir
vigorously and alter as needed for taste.
Can be made with lemon juice instead
of cider vinegar.
