Food for Mood
Do you want to learn how Nutrition can boost your Mental Health and Wellbeing?
This fun, dynamic, informative and free course will give you knowledge about how food can improve your mood as well as general wellbeing, and will include practical sessions giving you the skills to integrate what you are learning into your everyday life. There will be an opportunity to get advice and support from our NCIM Holistic Doctor.
Three sessions, once weekly, will include nutritional information, a shared meal and take-home treats.
