He has spent decades researching and writing on the relationship between nutrition\, diet\, and healthy ageing\, and is the author of Delay Ageing: Healthy to 100. Colin co-founded Uni-Vite Healthcare over 30 years ago\, focusing on scientifically substantiated supplements for healthy ageing\, including the flagship product Nutrishield\, a comprehensive formulation for people over 50. He undertook his medical studies at the University of Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh. In his latter years at university\, he also studied and taught a number of complementary therapies. After he completed his training as a General Practitioner in 2011\, he sought a way to combine medical science with his understanding of wellbeing and healing and went on to train in Anthroposophic Medicine\, completing his diploma in 2017. She practices integrative medicine\, offering homeopathy\, herbal medicine\, acupuncture and natural dietary advice for pets\, as well as herbal medicine and homeopathy for horses. She graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 and worked in 2 different integrative veterinary clinics before setting up her own. She qualified as a veterinary homeopath from NCIM in 2019.
