Join us for this interactive and inspiring seminar, led by a team of experts, bringing together conventional, lifestyle and holistic approaches, to better understand sleep and its impact on our overall health and wellbeing. We will explore diverse approaches to manage insomnia and sleep disturbance, and how we can improve the quality of sleep for ourselves and our patients, in the context of self-care.
This event is for Healthcare Professionals, CAM practitioners and Researchers who want clinical and evidence-based updates within a broad vision of healthcare.

Dr Dane Rayment, Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at North Bristol NHS Trust, will start the day by updating us on the latest research into sleep disorders. Prof Trevor Thompson will look at the ways Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine is being introduced into the medical undergraduate curriculum at Bristol University.
Our NCIM Holistic Doctors, Dr Elizabeth Thompson and Dr Duncan Still, will guide you through the day, which will include interactive and creative sessions to stimulate both your left and right brain – do join us!
