Dr Duncan Still, one of NCIM’s Holistic Doctors, will lead this two-hour guided nature-connection and foraging walk.
The walk aims to awaken participants to the healing capacity of nature and to share knowledge of what is available at this time of year in the foragers calendar.
You’lll spend some time looking at nature-based de-stressing techniques, trying out mindful practices which help us become more fully aware of the world around us and also hunting out the treats that nature has on offer.
Bring wet weather gear, sturdy shoes/walking boots, a collection bag, camera and a note-book or recording device. There are 12 places available for this tour. Confirmation and joining instructions will be sent a few days prior to the walk.
